Scott Wazny - Portland, OR

Scott has a background in mountaineering and is the workhorse of the team.  He has summited several peaks around the world including Everest and Denali.  He will feel right at home in the snow in Montana this year!  He has done numorous adventure races including Primal Quest Moab in 2006 and is looking forward to having a strong finish this year!

Chad Markle - Salt Lake City, UT

After being mostly non-athletic in high school, Chad joined the rowing team in college and that’s where he found his love for athletics and team sports.  He got into mountain biking, kayaking, and rock climbing and then discovered adventure racing in 2001 as a way to put all the activities he loves together.  He has done numorous adventure races of varying lengths from coast to coast.  This will be Chad’s 3rd Primal Quest.

Tracey Robertson - Carmel, NY

Tracey is a native of Scotland, but has lived in the states for 10 years now.  She has competed in several expedition races over the past few years including the Adventure Racing World Championships in Scotland last year, Primal Quest Moab, and Baja Travesia.  She is a tough competitor and always brings a good sense of humor with her!  She is looking forward to playing in the snow in Montana.

Mark Henderson - Reno, NV

Mark comes from a Track and Field background and was a pole vaulter in college. He has finished 10 Ironman distance triathlons around the world and qualified for the Hawaii Ironman Championships four times.  He made the switch to off-road triathlons which then led him to adventure racing.  He has competed in many adventure races over the years including Baja Travesia and the Mountain Adventure Race in Montana and is looking forward to his first Primal Quest!
